Movie review- LAGAAN

lagaan is a epic movie by ashutosh gowariker and he direct history. 104 year ago,mohun bagan's real life lagaan moment changed indian history, the peasant farmers against the oppressive british empire. Who challenged villagers to a game of cricket to avoid the taxes. One game to change their destiny.

patriotism :

 in this film petriotism is there in "bhuvan" character but captain russell challanged to play cricket in order to 3 year not pay lagaan. But the other way we see that this challange not only for lagan but at bhuvan side he describe with the patriotism to play game and win ageinst british raj.

triangle love:

 in this movie we see the triangle love Between bhuvan,gouri and elizabeth. start movie with the bhuvan and gouri love each other than elizabeth come between them and start with the teach cricket and after 2-3 days elizabeth like bhuvan, She tells that love in english but bhuvan can't understand that language at bhuvan side he see as a helper to teach about cricket. last scene describe bhuvan become Krishna, gouri become rukmani and Elizabeth become radha.

power of religion:

is describe in the film continuous 3 years rain not naining in the village because 3 years villagers not prey to god  so villager belive in god and rajaji talk with russel to this topic and said that 'you can help us for prayer' so we prey to god than all problems solves.

rural india :

in lagaan movie ashutosh gowariker try to show the real village and there problems and talking style creat  old history and there old things are in this movie. and after win the match all are celebrate and start raining is enjoing all that moment and like recreact that original moment in this movie.
